Unlike standard liners, AQUALINER Fresh® is built using advanced Sanitized® antimicrobial technology, which is infused directly into the masterbatch of the black polyethylene (PE) film during production.
This black PE film forms one of three reinforced layers within the liner fabric, delivering outstanding strength, flexibility, abrasion resistance, and leak protection. The treated film is then laminated to the inner surface of the liner—ensuring the antimicrobial protection works exactly where it matters most, in direct contact with your stored water.

GEOTEXTILE UNDERLAY
Optional Extra
The geotextile underlay provides a durable, protective barrier between the ground and your AQUALINER®, helping to safeguard the integrity of your tank liner.
Designed to minimise the risk of damage, this layer acts as a buffer against potential hazards such as tree roots, burrowing insects, vermin, and sharp objects that may be present beneath the tank base. By preventing direct contact with the ground, it significantly reduces the likelihood of punctures, wear, and long-term deterioration.
Adding a geotextile underlay is a smart investment in extending the lifespan of your tank liner, giving you added peace of mind that your water storage system remains protected and performing at its best.
CLASS 4 TEK SCREWS
Renowned for their superior strength
commonly used in roofing applications, Tek screws play a critical role in the construction of every Pioneer water tank. Each tank is assembled using Class 4 Tek screws, specifically selected for their exceptional durability and performance in demanding environments.
With a corrosion resistance rating scale of 1 to 4, Class 4 represents the highest level of protection available. This means these screws are designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions, including exposure to moisture, weather extremes, and coastal or rural environments where corrosion can be a concern.
By using Class 4 Tek screws, Pioneer ensures every tank is securely fastened with components built for longevity. SUPERSEAL
Superseal Protection System
The exclusive Superseal system provides an additional layer of defence, helping to protect your stored water from common external contaminants such as spiders, vermin, dust, and debris.
Manufactured from high-quality closed-cell foam, the Superseal is specifically designed to seal off the gaps between the tank roof and wall. This tight seal acts as a barrier, preventing unwanted entry points that could compromise water quality.
By effectively closing these gaps, the Superseal helps maintain a cleaner, safer water supply while also reducing the risk of contamination from the surrounding environment.
